The name of the group shall be Wild Wood Ways
To aim towards the buying of land for educational and spiritual purposes and to hold events.
The group will fulfil the aim by:
Raise funds and receive contributions where appropriate to finance the work.
Hold events to promote and publicise the aims of the group
Open a bank account and adhere to strict rules regarding the finances.
Promote the group and it’s objectives.
Welcome people from all affiliations and beliefs.
To treat everyone with respect
Membership of Wild Wood Ways shall be administered by a committee of not less that 3 people and not more than 9 members elected at the groups AGM or EGM
Elected personal shall take responsibility for admin and finance.
Voting shall be carried by consensus, with the exception of the removal of a member, which will be carried by a majority.
Any member may leave the group within a mutually agreed time frame.
The committee have the right to terminate membership if an individual’s behaviour is detrimental to the aims of the group. This will be done by written letter giving 7 days to appeal. Any appeal will be voted on within 7 days of receipt and a final decision will be made in writing.
All members shall have equal rights within the group.
Any money obtained by the group shall be used only for the group.
Any bank accounts opened shall be in the name of the group.
Any cheques issued shall be signed by at least two of any three nominated signatures.
A record of monies shall be available at all times.
Meetings shall be held at least quarterly.
Meetings shall be minuted and distributed to all members.
The quorum for the meetings shall be three (3)
Changes to the constitution will be carried by a consensus vote at an AGM or EGM.
